Our ability to deliver our product and service is anchored in the capability of our people. Johasee has worked hard to build the commitment of our personnel through training and providing long-term growth opportunities.
We have a comprehensive Safety Training Manual that is focuses on safe work procedures, injury prevention and appropriate response and report of any incidents. Our Safety Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss key topics such as employee development, customer safety requirements, equipment training, and policy improvement.
Performance Management Program
Being a client-centered organization inherently requires a performance-based, results-driven culture. We manage productivity levels, rewards performance and provide opportunities for growth. We conduct annual performance reviews that evaluate technical skills, as well as qualitative factors that LMS values as an organization; for example: we evaluate communication skills, cooperation, judgement/initiative, standard of work, quality of work, and dependability.
