Setting Industry Standards

Safety and quality are paramount in every aspect of our business. We are proactive in our approach to safety as evidenced by our Safety Program and our commitment to a Drug-Free and Alcohol-Free Work Zone. Our team also works closely with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Association in California.

Safety Program

Upon hire, each installer receives safety training. Our Safety Committee meets on a monthly basis to discuss key topics such as employee development, customer safety requirements, equipment training, and policy improvement.

Comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Policy

We maintain a safe, healthful and efficient working environment for all employees, contractors, and the public. We have a comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Policy in place to help protect the physical and mental health of our employees. As part of our Drug, Alcohol and Contraband Control Program, each of our Supervisors complete the reasonable suspicion course called “Recognizing the Substance Abusing Employee”.

ISNetworld Approved

ISNetworld is the global resource for connecting corporations with safe, reliable contractors in capital-intensive industries. Johasee has been pre-approved by ISNetworld as a “safe and reliable” contractor. ISN collects self-reported conformance information from contractors/suppliers, verifies its accuracy, and then reports the results in an easy-to-follow format. This allows corporations to select those resources that best meet internal and governmental requirements, while providing contractors/suppliers the opportunity to centralize their conformance information, saving time and gaining presence in the marketplace.

Contractor Scorecard

Johasee has achieved a rating of Excellent. The Contractor Scorecard is administered by a third-party organization; it communicates the contractor’s financial capacity while maintaining confidentiality. The scorecard rating allows owners, general contractors and anyone engaging a contractor better understand the hired contractor's financial position without examining the confidential financial results of a company.  The score is used for prequalification, re-qualification or refinement to a contract’s terms’ and conditions. Regular updates to the score keep users apprised of the contractor’s current financial status.
